Brass welding wire

Brass filler metal has good plasticity and high melting point. It can be used in brazing of copper, steel, cast iron, nickel-based alloy and cemented carbide with borax filler metal or gas filler metal. It can be completed by flame brazing, furnace brazing and induction brazing. Because of the high zinc content, the filler metal contains a small amount of silicon, and it is necessary to avoid overheating during brazing, so as to reduce the influence of zinc volatilization on the seam tightness and human health.
